RE-BOOKING WINDOW: Till 16TH FEB 2025
UNIT ALLOCATION WINDOW: 22ND FEB 2025 – 1O AM ONWARDS
1. Single Pre-booking Benefit Per Unit: Each customer is entitled to one pre-booking benefit per unit.
2. Multiple Units: Customers wishing to pre-book more than one unit must submit separate pre-booking requests for each unit.
3. Confirmation of Unit: A pre-booking payment does not guarantee confirmation of the unit unless the full Home Confirmation Fee (HCF) is paid.
4. Deadline for Full HCF Payment: If the full HCF is not paid within the designated payment window (On or Before 22nd February 2025), the pre-booking benefits will be forfeited, and the unit will not be confirmed.
5. Expiry of Pre-booking Benefits: All pre-booking benefits will expire on 22nd February 2025. After this date, no pre-booking benefits will be available.
6. Right to Accept or Reject: Delta/Bhagwati/Pyramid reserves the right to accept or reject any pre-booking request at its sole discretion, without the obligation to provide a reason.
7. Refund Policy: The pre-booking amount is fully refundable if the customer decides to withdraw on or before 21st February 2025.
8. Refund Timeline: Refunds Will be processed between 3rd to 9th March after the withdrawal request has been accepted.
- Withdrawal Process: To initiate a refund, please send an email to [email protected] including your cancellation reason and a cancelled cheque for verification.
9. Post-HCF Cancellation: Once the Home Confirmation Fee (HCF) is paid, the amount paid is non-refundable.
1O. Non-Transferability: The pre-booking benefit is non-transferable. The individual who completes the pre-booking must be the same individual who completes the full payment and agreement for the unit.
11. Availability of Units: All units are subject to availability. In the event that a unit becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be offered the choice of a similar unit (if available) or a full refund of the pre-booking amount.
12. Payment Methods: Payments towards the pre-booking (Online only) and Home Confirmation Fee (Cheque/DD/NEFT/RTGS) must be made through the accepted payment methods listed on the official platform. Other forms of payment may not be accepted.
13. Late Payment Penalty: Failure to pay the full Home Confirmation Fee (HCF) within the designated time frame may result in the cancellation of the pre-booking, and no benefits or refunds will be applicable.
14. Force Majeure: In case of unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the control of
Delta/Bhagwati/Pyramid, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions, which may delay or prevent the completion of the transaction or delivery of the unit, the company shall not be held liable for any such delays.
15. Customer Consent: By completing the pre-booking process, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions and acknowledges their understanding and acceptance of the rules set forth.
16. Completion of Purchase: Upon payment of the Home Confirmation Fee (HCF) and confirmation of the unit, the customer will be required to complete all necessary documentation and sign a formal agreement to proceed with the purchase of the unit.
